SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy describes how orders placed on explicitbears.com are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and receipt of all information necessary for shipment.

Products sold through our Website may be handled by third-party suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or logistics partners. In some cases, products may be prepared, packaged, or shipped directly by a partner fulfillment center, including facilities located outside Italy.

This fulfillment method does not affect the customer relationship: the seller of the order remains Andrea Monetti and Daniel Maresi of Explicit Bears, who remain the customer's point of contact for support, order information, delivery issues, returns, and refunds.

2. PROCESSING TIMES

Following order confirmation, the standard processing time before shipment is approximately 2 business days.

Orders are processed on business days only, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times depend on the product purchased, the warehouse of origin, the destination country, the shipping carrier, and any customs clearance procedures.

For shipments within Italy, the estimated delivery times are:

  • Order processing: 2 business days;

  • Shipping and delivery: 7–15 business days from the shipment date;

  • Total estimated delivery time: approximately 10–15 business days from order confirmation.

The delivery times provided are estimates based on the normal operations of our logistics partners. Specific delivery times may be displayed on the product page, during checkout, or in communications sent to the customer.

As shipments may be handled by third-party suppliers and logistics partners, delays beyond our direct control may occur due to public holidays, peak demand periods, customs inspections, strikes, weather conditions, carrier errors, logistical disruptions, or other force majeure events.

4. SHIPPING ORIGIN

Depending on product availability and logistics requirements, items may be shipped from partner warehouses located in Italy, within the European Union, or from countries outside the European Union.

International fulfillment may result in longer delivery times compared to standard domestic shipments.

We make every effort to work with reliable logistics partners and to provide customers with up-to-date information regarding their order status.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before the customer confirms the order.

Any free shipping promotions are subject to the conditions specified on the Website.

Customers are encouraged to review the total order amount before completing their purchase.

6. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT CHARGES

Some products may be shipped from warehouses located outside the European Union.

Where applicable and reasonably foreseeable, any additional fees, taxes, customs duties, or import charges will be disclosed before order completion or handled according to the shipping method selected.

7. ORDER TRACKING

Order tracking functionality will be available soon.

Once implemented, customers will automatically receive an email containing the tracking number and shipment tracking information.

8. ORDERS CONTAINING MULTIPLE PRODUCTS

If an order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.

This may occur when products originate from different warehouses, suppliers, or require different preparation times.

In such cases, customers may receive multiple tracking numbers for the same order.

9. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Before confirming an order, we recommend carefully verifying your name, surname, street address, house number, postal code, city, province/state, country, phone number, and any additional delivery information.

If a customer realizes that an incorrect address has been provided, they should contact us as soon as possible at bearrugsitaly@gmail.com and include their order number.

We will make every reasonable effort to update the address before shipment; however, we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has already been processed or transferred to a logistics partner.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer, any additional shipping or handling costs may be charged to the customer, subject to case-by-case evaluation.

10. UNDELIVERED, DELAYED, OR LOST PACKAGES

If a package appears stalled, undelivered, or subject to unusual delivery issues, customers should contact us at bearrugsitaly@gmail.com and provide their order number and tracking number, if available.

We will open an investigation with the logistics partner or supplier responsible for the shipment.

If the package is confirmed lost or undelivered for reasons not attributable to the customer, we will evaluate a replacement shipment or refund in accordance with applicable laws and the specific circumstances of the order.

11. DELIVERED STATUS BUT PACKAGE NOT RECEIVED

If tracking information indicates that a package has been delivered but the customer states that it has not been received, the customer should contact us promptly.

Before contacting us, we recommend checking:

  • Whether the package was left with a concierge, neighbor, family member, or reception desk;

  • Any notices left by the carrier;

  • The accuracy of the shipping address provided in the order.

We may then initiate an investigation with the carrier or logistics partner.

12. DELIVERY DELAYS

The delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

In the event of a delay, customers may contact us for assistance.

If delivery is not completed within the timeframe communicated or within the limits established by applicable law, customers may request support and exercise any rights available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

13. ORDER MODIFICATIONS OR CANCELLATIONS

Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted as soon as possible after purchase by contacting bearrugsitaly@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that modifications or cancellations will be possible if the order has already been processed, manufactured, customized, or transferred to a logistics partner.

For customized, made-to-order, or print-on-demand products, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible once production has begun.

14. CUSTOMIZED OR PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS

Some products may be manufactured, printed, or prepared specifically after an order is placed.

For these products, preparation times may be longer than for items already available in stock.

Specific information, where applicable, will be indicated on the product page or communicated directly to the customer.
