REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you currently have and, once the return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Notwithstanding the above, if your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification.

REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
